Welcome to Roaming Goat Provisions! I’m Paige Haddad, owner and head chef.
Food has always been a core part of my identity. With over 20 years of experience and a Le Cordon Bleu diploma, my path has taken me through a lot, from high-volume restaurant work to unique opportunities and adventures, gathering as much knowledge as I could along the way.
Eventually I walked away from the industrial kitchen world, went back to school to study healing arts, and somewhere in that season I was reminded just how powerful food really is for the body, for community, for connection. That’s what brought me here. A small, intentional business rooted in this community, doing work I genuinely love.
Sourcing locally is always the first priority here. I believe in knowing where your food comes from and supporting the people who grow it. You’ll get to meet some of them on this site along with other vendors and local people I love to work with and support.
For a time, I raised goats, and no matter what was going on around me, being with them brought me a kind of peace I couldn’t find anywhere else.
They can be loud and stubborn, but they are also remarkably intelligent and extremely resilient.
In a lot of cultures they represent curiosity, independence, and the ability to thrive anywhere.
They roam. They find nourishment in unexpected places. They never stop exploring.
I've always admired that.
Some of you may know me from Roaming Goat Healing Arts. Not all of that work has gone away. I still quietly support people and families at the end of life. If that’s what brought you here, please visit the Healing Arts page in the navigation menu at the top of the page.
That page will also be home to anything else that grows on this side of my work, including retreats and other similar offerings.
